To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience for all guests, the following rules are strictly enforced on all Samrossy Hotel & Suites premises:
  • No Pets: Pets of any kind are not permitted within the hotel premises, rooms, or any common areas.
  • No Smoking or Hard Drugs: Smoking and the use of hard drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel, including all rooms, corridors, restaurants, and outdoor areas. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
  • No Noise or Disruptive Behaviour: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a calm and respectful manner at all times. Excessive noise, shouting, or any behaviour that disturbs other guests is not permitted, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • No Outside Food or Drinks: Buying or bringing food or beverages from outside the hotel onto our premises is not allowed. All dining and refreshment needs are fully catered for by our in-house restaurant, bar, and 24-hour room service.
