- No Pets: Pets of any kind are not permitted within the hotel premises, rooms, or any common areas.
- No Smoking or Hard Drugs: Smoking and the use of hard drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel, including all rooms, corridors, restaurants, and outdoor areas. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
- No Noise or Disruptive Behaviour: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a calm and respectful manner at all times. Excessive noise, shouting, or any behaviour that disturbs other guests is not permitted, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No Outside Food or Drinks: Buying or bringing food or beverages from outside the hotel onto our premises is not allowed. All dining and refreshment needs are fully catered for by our in-house restaurant, bar, and 24-hour room service.

Prohibited Advert Content
- Alcohol, tobacco, and narcotics or any drug-related advertisements
- Sexually explicit, adult, or inappropriate imagery or text
- Gambling, betting, or any form of illegal lottery promotions
- Fraudulent schemes, Ponzi structures, or unregistered financial services
- Political campaign materials or partisan political messaging
- Religious solicitation, cult promotion, or sectarian propaganda
- Counterfeit goods, pirated content, or trademark-infringing products
- Content that discriminates by ethnicity, gender, religion, or disability
Rules & Requirements
- All adverts must be submitted in writing via our official advertising email at least 5 business days before the intended publish date
- Advertisers must provide proof of CAC registration or a valid business licence
- All advert content must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading to consumers
- Image and video assets must be of high resolution and must not infringe on copyright
- Samrossy Hotel reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any advert at its sole discretion
- Payment for advertising space is due in full prior to publication
- Advertisers are solely liable for any legal claims arising from their advert content
- Repeated policy violations will result in a permanent advertising ban
How to Submit an Advert
- Step 1: Email your advert request to samrossyhotel211@gmail.com with subject line “Advert Submission”
- Step 2: Attach your advert materials (images, text, video link) and your CAC certificate or business licence
- Step 3: Specify your preferred advertising duration, placement, and target audience
- Step 4: Await review and approval from our advertising team within 3 business days
- Step 5: Receive your invoice, complete payment, and your advert goes live as scheduled
- Step 6: Post-campaign performance report shared within 7 days of advert completion
